USAGE TERMS: The stamps are sold with the only intent of using for hand-stamping. All stamps, book and pattern packet images are copyrighted images owned by Kathy Jakopovich and Peachy Keen Stamps, Inc. You may resell what you make with our products within limits of no more than 100 finished items per calendar year. You may not use our stamps, images, patterns, stencils to mass produce. Mass production is any finished item over 100 per calendar year. You may not use our stamps to make pre-stamped kits to sell. We reserve all rights to the images contained within this site. You may not use these images for any reason without written permission. We appreciate that you share your finished projects on forums, message boards and blogs! When doing so you may not post any black and white images of the stamped images. Thank you so much in advance for your cooperation.
RETURN POLICY: You may return any item with a manufacturer defect for a full purchase price refund or exchange. Our stamps are 100% guaranteed - this return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase and is only against manufacturer defects - not due to exposure to light (which discolors) nor due to over use of solvents to clean the stamps (not recommended). Due to the nature of this product, no returns are accepted without pre-approval. Contact must be made within ONE WEEK of purchase price to be considered. Please double check your order at checkout. Any pre-approved return is given as a store credit - NO CASH REFUNDS. There are NO returns or refunds given on chalk. Chalk is shipped carefully, however due to its fragility we cannot guarantee that the chalk blocks will not break in transit.
